This page is intended to give the small to medium sized mortgage company guidance on HMDA filing requirements.  Please note, Dodd-Frank transferred HMDA rulemaking authority to CFPB in 2011.  There are many changes to HMDA for the reports due in 2017 and more for 2018.  Your LOS should support your compliant reporting assuming that you have correctly entered the data.
