Texas Home Equity Lending - 50(a)(6)
The
Texas Constitution limits the purposes, the procedures and the forms by
which you can attach a valid lien agains a person's Principal Texas
Residence - or Homestead. Do it wrong and you will not have a
lien on your collateral. Texas is unique among the states on this
matter. Get an experienced Texas attorney to guide you through
